Fantastic experience buying my first gun

Visited today to be fitted and kitted out for my first shotgun. Paul and Tom in the gun shop were fantastic. I'm left handed with a right dominant eye so needed help and advice on choosing what options would work best for me. Not only did they have all the time I could possibly need but they adjusted and let me try various guns, came out to see how I got on with them and advised on what other equipment may be needed with no pressure to buy whatsoever. As a novice I was nervous about choosing my first gun but Paul and Tom made the whole process both positive and enjoyable and I'm even more keen to get back ASAP to continue my new hobby. Recommended for everyone

I went as part of a group ranging in age from 16 to 60 and everyone had a great time. We did cross-bow, air-gun and clay shooting. John, our instructor, quickly got to know us and carefully explained each activity and technique to a group of mainly first-timers. He greatly added to the enjoyment. Each activity is a little bit competitive, with scoring and that added to the fun. A great multi-generational activity that I'd 100% recommend to do here.
